Volunteer Recognition Event: Helping Hand in Hand in Hand...
The American Red Cross Sacramento Sierra Chapter honored and recognized their volunteers at the annual Volunteer Recognition event on Thursday, March 11, 2010 at the AmeriCorp NCCC building. A social hour and dinner were followed by the presentation of several awards recognizing volunteers in all areas of Red Cross service. Congratulations to the following award recipients:

The chapter also had the opportunity to recognize three long-time supporters of the American Red Cross who passed away this year. Those honored at the event were Dr. Steve Jo, Jeanette May and Randy May.
