Find out more about becoming an American Red Cross Capital Region Chapter volunteer at one of our free volunteer orientations. During the orientation, you will learn about the mission of the American Red Cross and its programs, as well as gain a greater understanding of the vital role our volunteers play and the opportunities available to you.

All prospective youth and adult volunteers are required to attend a volunteer orientation in one of our local offices before being placed in a volunteer position.
