For over a century, the American Red Cross has prepared people to save lives through health and safety education and training. From first aid, CPR and blood borne pathogens training to swimming, lifeguard and babysitter's training, Red Cross programs help people lead safer and healthier lives. Last year, more than 30,000 people in the Sacramento Sierra region participated in Red Cross health and safety programs.
